Photographer & Videographer
We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer & Videographer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and video content, editing visual assets, and delivering compelling visual stories that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications
Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including lighting setup, camera configuration, and audio arrangements
Edit raw photos and video footage into polished, engaging final outputs using professional editing tools
Enhance visuals through colour correction, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as required
Maintain consistency in visual quality, storytelling, and brand aesthetics across all content
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to produce impactful visual content
Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into visually compelling photography and videography
Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to improve audience engagement and brand visibility
Technical & Equipment Management
Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment efficiently
Organize and manage digital photo and video archives for easy access and future use
Support live event coverage, live streaming, and virtual meetings when required
Required Skills
2 to 3 years of experience in professional photography and videography.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
Strong understanding of camera operations, composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Educational & Experience
Experience in live streaming and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
